What is a Real-time management?

The concept of real-time management is about working together with the people you lead to achieve your goals. I have found that when you combine effective leadership with the ability to work with others, you create an environment where people want to participate in order to accomplish their goals.

As managers, we have to execute well. Executing well means getting the right things done, on time and on budget, as well as being able to take the time to get them right. It is about ensuring that your business runs smoothly, your staff are motivated and engaged, and you are able to deliver what you promised. It’s also about making sure you are doing the right things, the right way, at the right time.
